Abstract. General problems of navigation and information system modeling are considered with the use of the mathematical apparatus of category theory and graph theory for analyzing and evaluating the possibility of ensuring the functional stability of systems under destructive influences.
Keywords: navigation and information systems, functional stability, quality of functioning, category theory, hierarchical systems
