Abstract. The type of optical absorption gas analyzer for monitoring freons concentration in the air is specified. Characteristics of the gas analyzer to be developed are determined. A functional flow diagram of the optical absorption gas analyzer is presented. A method of modulating the pressure of the analyzed gaseous medium in the working chamber is developed and analyzed. A system of interference filters for the analyzer is designed.
Keywords: gas analyzer, freon, pressure modulation, consumption agitator, pressure chamber, interference filter
