Abstract. The problems of large-base electromagnetic sounding signals processing based on time scale transformation are considered. Application of the described method of signal conversion is shown to make it possible to compensate for the time shift, as well as the Doppler frequency shift of a signal of any structure, and to carry out optimal signal processing regardless of the speed of approach to the object. This provides increased noise immunity and the ability to accurately resolve targets.
