Декомпозиция осуществляется с использованием аппарата мультиаспектных онтологий, позволяющего как сохранить независимость моделируемых аспектов рассматриваемых систем, так и обеспечить их интероперабельность. Применение методологии проиллюстрировано на примере прикладной задачи обслуживания полупроводникового производства. Показано, что использование предложенной методологии вместе с аппаратом мультиаспектных онтологий позволяет существенно повысить уровень автоматизации, а следовательно, увеличить скорость и снизить число ошибок при поддержке принятия решений в рассматриваемой прикладной задаче. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A methodology for supporting decision-making in configuring sociotechnical systems based on their decomposition is proposed. Decomposition is accomplished using multi-aspect ontologies, which allows both preserving the independence of the modeled aspects of the systems under consideration and ensuring their interoperability. Application of the methodology is illustrated using an applied task of maintenance in semiconductor manufacturing.
