AUTOMATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS DESIGN BASED ON STRUCTURAL SYNTHESIS OF DIMENSIONAL CONNECTIONS

Abstract. The problem of structural analysis and synthesis based on systems approach to analysis and formal description of engineering objects and processes are considered in application to design of technological process of automated manufacturing. Synthesis of manufacturing process structure is carried out by the guided search method with gradual detailing and correction of accepted solutions. For pursuing this objective, an estimated functional subordination correlation between the components geometry of the finished product and its state during mechanical treatment is used.
