DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGICAL METHODS TO ASSURE QUALITY INDEX OF IR OPTOMECHANICAL SYSTEMS

Abstract. Several design and engineering methods to assure quality index of IR and multi-spectral optomechanical system are examined. The assembly technology of the double-mirror systems applying the synthesized holographic optical elements is shown to enable development of systems with ”uncorrected” focus. Engineering solutions for multi-spectral optomechanical system operating in severe environment are considered. Perceptiveness of selective coatings and microscanning systems application is discussed.
