Abstract. The proposed approach to creation of electronic technological passports of a product is demonstrated by an example of the passport of the gyroscope manufactured in CSRI Elektropribor. Result of analysis of the raw data is presented and a model showing the relationship between the characteristics of the device and the manufacturing processes is developed. The goal of the electronic technological passports creation is formulated as collection, storage, and analysis of parameters of the device and of its components at all stages of manufacture, — the documentation of all activities and settings. Requirements to the environment for management and analysis of electronic technological passports are formulated, and the choice of Wonderware software as the primary system for the passports creation and implementation is justified.
