Abstract. In the article established, that application of membrane engines in the control systems restrains temper from incompleteness of descriptions of catalogues of shells, necessary for the construction of its mathematical model. It is shown, as on the basis of principles of work, features of construction and properties of material of shell it is possible to fill in this blank identification of failings parameters.
