Abstract. Principles of ballistic build-up of systems of space vehicle of link and passive radiolocation of a lunar surface are observed. The position of initial phase state vectors of space vehicle in Lagrange points of a libration of system an Earth-moon with the purpose of security of the best survey of a lunar surface on the fixed time frame is justified. Estimations of the area parameters of survey of a lunar surface are given by system of the space vehicles had in Lagrange points of a libration of system an Earth-moon.
