Abstract. In paper the opportunity of creation of the passive radar-tracking system of a marine surface review is considered on the basis of SSV with usage of signals GNSS GLONASS, GPS and Galileo; power calculation of a radiolink „the transmitter—a surface—the receiver“ is resulted.
