Abstract. There are comparative values of automatic management system process of rocket launch and spacecraft launch. There are rational automatic management system structure choice recommendations and apparatus and programme means surplus limits definition recommendations also performed. The real automatic management system — structure, which can be used with little spacecrafts launches is considered. The came out results better use on complicated informational management systems.
