CALIBRATION OF STAPDOWN INERTIAL NAVIGATION SYSTEM

Abstract. A method for estimation of calibration coefficients of an inertial navigation system is proposed. The method employs a mathematical model of system errors. Realization of the method calls for turning the system to specified fixed positions with the use of calibration table and subsequent evaluation of the calibration coefficients.
