THE PROBLEM OF INTERVAL CROSS-COMMUNICATIONS IN DYNAMIC SYSTEMS OF THE “2D INPUT — OUTPUT” CLASS WITH QUASI-SIMILAR CHANNELS

Abstract. The problem of secure operability of dynamic system with quasi-similar channels is analyzed on the base of dependence between the stability factor of separate channel and argument of cross-channel links matrix. Solution to the problem is obtained with an estimate of channel dissimilarity degree as a parameter.
