Abstract. A description is given of a microwave generator module on the base of Gunn diode 3А762А with the output power of no less than 36 W, frequency operation range of 8—11 GHz, and dimensions of 46×42×36 mm. Schematic diagram of control pulse limiter and exciter is presented. Peculiarities of the module design and methods of adjustment are described.
