A METHOD TO MEASURE LOCAL TEMPERATURE IN INHOMOGENEOUS DISPERSED FLOW

Abstract. A method is proposed for measurement of local temperature in inhomogeneous flow. The method is based on dependence of mean amplitude of temperature fluctuations at the flow interface on mean temperature difference. Theoretical background is developed, results of confirmatory experiments are presented.
