DIFFRACTION METHOD OF CONTROL OVER SPATIAL POSITION OF OBJECTS WITH VARIABLE SCALE OF FOURIER SPECTRUM

Abstract. A diffraction scheme is proposed for control over linear and angular displacements of an object with variable scale of Fourier spectrum. A mathematical model is developed to describe amplitude and phase distribution of light field in registration plane. Experimental results are shown to be in good agreement with model calculations.
