A 3D-METHOD OF COMPUTER TOMOGRAPHY DATA COMPRESSION

Abstract. An algorithm is proposed for compression of tomography data for tomography data banks and telemedicine application. A diagram of compressor/decompressor construction is presented. Results of experimental assessment of the algorithm efficiency are demonstrated.
