THE CORRECTION PARAMETER ANALYSIS IN THREE-COMPONENT OPTICAL SYSTEM

Abstract. A method of parametric synthesis of three-component optical system based on theoretical parametrical model is described. The shielding factor for the system is shown to take values from 0.382 to 0.634, and thus the optical system may be applied in the case of off-axis ray path, when the system pupil is free of shielding.
