Abstract. The effect of layers thicknesses deviation on laser-damage threshold of dielectric mirror is considered. An analysis of layers thicknesses flaws in 12 mirror samples is carried out, the influence of electric intensity vector distribution over external layers of the mirrors on their radiation resistance is studied.
