COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF FACE-HARDENING METHODS AS APPLIED TO CINEMATOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT COMPONENTS

Abstract. A method combining surface burnishing by indenter of ultrasonic oscillations with subsequent drawing of a regular micro relief (RMR) by vibration rolling is proposed. Results of comparative tests of the method and existing technologies of face hardening with the use of ultrasonic oscillations are presented.
