Abstract. A mechatronic module incorporating optoelectronic converter of small image shift with means for linear movement of mechanical system is proposed. The module allows for resolution of 10–5 mm shift from a given deflection of elastic microelements with small flexural rigidity. The total relative error of the optoelectronic converter on a mobile interface comprises 0,09 %.
