Abstract.   Results of investigations of optical properties of acrylic hydrogel used as a sensitive element in optoelectronic systems of pollutants display are presented. Spectral features and functions of the hydrogel refractive index variation under exposure to different pollutants are measured at various concentrations of polyvalent metals at room temperature.
Keywords: acrylic hydrogel, spectral characteristics, refractive index, pollutants, swelling, sorption.
