Abstract. The problem of increasing the reliability of diagnostics for the complex technical systems in the conditions of uncertainty is considered. A diagnostic technique was developed on the base of a posteriori conclusion of the Bayesian belief networks, including synthesis of the optimal diagnostic strategy taking into account dynamics of the a priori information and various laws of the distribution of continuous diagnostic signs.
