Abstract.   Relation between random variations of an aircraft control system parameters and the aircraft state characteristics at a fixed moment is considered. The problem of development of a linear model describing the relation is addressed. Values of the model parameters are derived by minimization of an integral functional under limiting conditions in the form of nonlinear matrix equation. An analytical solution to the variational problem is obtained, and advantage of the developed model as compared with the known model based on sensitivity factors is demonstrated.
