Abstract. A theoretical approach to development of adaptive information and measuring complex of mobile object is considered. The basis of the approach consists in application of the theory of adaptive management at different levels of hierarchy of measuring system. The proposed method is focused on improvement of accuracy of information on orientation and navigation parameters of the mobile object functioning in random perturbation conditions.
