Abstract. Two fast algorithms for restoration of a smeared image are proposed. Each algorithm includes numerical solution of the Fredholm ill-posed integral equation of the first kind by the Tikhonov regularization method using a preliminary calculated (prepared) matrix, and multiplication of the matrix by every row-vector of the smeared image. Comparison with known fast algorithms is presented.
