EFFECTIVENESS OF ALGORITHMS OF GENERATION AND PROCESSING OF INTERFRAME DIFFERENCE SIGNAL IN OBJECT DETECTION UNDER COMPLEX OBSERVATION CONDITIONS

Abstract. An algorithm combining procedures of interframe and frame-by-frame analysis of signals in automated system of moving objects monitoring under complex observation conditions is studied. Results of statistical modeling are presented to demonstrate the developed algorithm efficiency.
