HADAMARD — MERSENNE MATRICES AS A BASIS OF ORTHOGONAL TRANSFORMATION FOR VIDEO MASKING ENCODING

Abstract. A procedure of video masking encoding with the use of M-matrices as an orthogonal basis is considered. Two-level orthogonal symmetrical M-matrices are proposed for utilization on the stage of image spectral expansion. The M-matrices applied in the procedure are of order equal to Mersenne sequence for which Hadamard matrices do not exist.
