7
Basic factors and estimation of up-to-date information technologies impact on functioning of existing and perspective are considered. New methodological approaches to the problems of analysis and synthesis of effective information technologies and systems are proposed.
17
Classification of digital data transmission channels is presented. Structure of unary digital channel is analyzed. Restrictions imposed on channel operation are derived. Progress trend in digital communication channel development are considered.
20
Systems analysis of space complexes testing results is presented. Novel approaches to implementation of modern information technology are proposed for real-time monitoring of complex technical objects.
APPLICATION OF WEB-SERVICES TO MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS Alexander S. Lvov, Roza R. Fatkieva
24
The problem of making a medical diagnosis is discussed on the base of semantic analysis of information on the patient along with its ontological modeling. The possibility of SWeb platform application for development of service-oriented architecture is considered.

INVESTIGATION ON SAFETY OF COMPLEX OBJECTS AND SYSTEMS

INVESTIGATION ON SAFETY OF COMPLEX TECHNICAL OBJECTS Alexander N. Pavlov, Sergey A. Osipenko
27
An analysis of safety characteristics of complex technical object is performed in the frames of the concept of structure genome. Significance and contribution from an event resulting in a breakdown are taken as the characteristics under consideration.
32
A novel complex approach to the problem of risk assessment of disastrous effects (e.g., tsunami) on the base of geoinformation technologies is considered. The proposed method makes it possible to relate parameters of tsunami source, propagation medium, and shore infrastructure to disastrous effects, and to compose dynamic
36
An approach is proposed to creation of a combined mechanism of software protection against unauthorized changes on the base of remote confidence principles. The approach ensures a compromise between the summarized protection level and the mechanism scalability.
INVESTIGATION OF BOTNETS AND DEFENSE MECHANISMS ON THE BASE OF SIMULATION MODELING Igor V. Kotenko, Alexey M. Konovalov, Andrey V. Shorov
42
An approach is proposed to investigation of botnets and defense mechanisms against their impact. The approach is based on application of simulation modeling methods. A general formalistic model of botnet and defense mechanism, modeling environment, and experimental results are presented.

SYSTEMS MODELING OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND PROCESSES

POLYMODEL DESCRIPTION OF INHERENT INFORMATION SYSTEM MODERNIZATION PROCESS ON THE BASE OF SERVICE-ORIENTED APPROACH Evelio Antonio E. Dilow-Raginya, Mikhail A. Kolpin, Kirill L. Grigoriev, Boris V. Sokolov
46
A polymodel description of modernization process for inherent information system is presented. The description is supposed to be used in multiobjective assessment of economic and technical-technological effectiveness of development and employment of corresponding information technologies.
METHOD OF TRAFFIC ROUTING IN INFORMATION-COMMUNICATION HETEROGENEOUS NETWORK Vyacheslav A. Zelentsov, Euginy G. Tsivirko, Alexey V. Chukarin
56
A mathematical model is presented for control over network in the case of diverse requirements to routing and joint application of various path determination algorithms. A method is proposed for control over network routing in heterogeneous information-communication network of arbitrary structure. The method allows for effective employment of the net resource and reduction in the number of traffic lockouts and delays.
61
Methods are considered of optimization of parameters of queueing network described with the use of both analytical and simulation models.
67
The problem is considered of plan operation correction of corporative information system. Method of position optimization is proposed to be applied to solve the problem. The method allows for real time correction of the system plan of operation.
74
Approaches to the problem of elements coordination in corporative information system are considered on the base of integrated information model. Novel structures are proposed and methods of assessment of the cost of the system development and employment.
APPLICATION OF MULTIAGENT APPROACH TO BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE MODELING Vladimir V. Mikhailov, Igor S. Selyakov, Tatiana N. Solovieva
78
Peculiarities of biological resources as objects of agent modeling are considered. Basic approaches to development of multiagent systems are reviewed. Examples are presented of models developed on the base of a standard modeling program package and a specially devised simulator.
