Abstract. A perspective approach to the problem of improvement of coordinate-time and navigation support by direct measurement of coordinates and departure of the clock for an arbitrary consumer throughout the territory of Russia and abroad is considered. Application of coordinate-time reference systems using mobile VLBI stations with known precise coordinates is proposed.
Keywords: VLBI, CTNP, coordinate systems, comparison of time scales
