Abstract. A method for estimation of stator and rotor resistances in induction motors is presented. The developed algorithm also allows to estimate the rotor flux. It is assumed that currents and voltages of stator windings and mechanical rotor speed are measurable and all the other parameters of the motor are known. The proposed method ensures a global boundness of all signals and exponential convergence of the estimates.
