Abstract. Considered principles of building of the perspective cosmic system base on small multispectral satellites of the observation. The particularity of the system is a cluster orbital building, increasing its functional possibilities at decision of the problems of the remote flexing of Earth. Happen to the features of the onboard multispectral equipments of the small space vehicle of the observation.
