Abstract. The problem of creation of a common informational resource of corporate network in social organizationaltechnical system is considered. Definition of common informational resource is given, and the resource core and composition structure are described. Function of the common resource is formulated, and technological basis of the resource, lines and the order of steps in its formation are discussed.
