Abstract. The process of periodical structure formation at UV-curing monomer compositions and nanocomposites with self-organization effects by photopolymerization at submicron volume of materials by laser interference lithography method is investigated. Dependence of diffraction characteristics of polymeric periodical structures on material composition, exposure conditions, and post-exposure development is established. Possible mechanisms of self-organization and their connection to chemical composition of materials are considered.
Keywords: UV-curing material, nanocomposite, self-organization, periodical structure, laser interference lithography, volume microstructure, diffraction efficiency.
