Abstract. Principles of design of low-current microrelays and microswitches to be used in space vehicle equipment are reviewed. Reduction of mass and size, dynamic and power characteristics of onboard satellite switches is a continuously actual problem. Switches created with the use of microelectromechanical systems represent a sophisticated innovative idea for perspective satellites relay-applying technologies.
