IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCE QUALITY

7
Non-parametric approach is shown to be appropriate for problems of optimization of machine part surface characteristics depending on the surface functional properties.
12
The problem of machine part surface underfeature optimization for a given functional characteristic is considered. The challenge related to insufficient information provided by standard parametric criteria for surface microrelief estimation is analyzed.
15
The necessity of creation of database of nonparametric criteria for estimation of functional surface microgeometry is justified. Stages of the database design and selection of instrumental means to be used are considered. Structure and logical scheme of the database are described.
19
Effect of regular microrelief of friction surfaces with solid film coating on adhesion of the coating to the surface, friction coefficient, and endurance of friction couples at high temperature in vacuum is investigated. The coating on the base of molykote are analyzed. Vibratory burnishing of the surfaces to produce regular microrelief is shown to increase adhesion of the coating to the surface several times and allows for control over the coating quality.
23
Causes of dimensional instability of instrument components and materials are considered, physical mechanisms of the instability manifestation are described. A combined computational and experimental method is proposed for evaluation of dimensional instability of assembly units. Urgency of the method application to precision instrument design is noted.
MODELING OF VIBRATORY BURNISHING Maxim A. Golubchikov , Yury P. Kuzmin
26
Application of computer modeling method to the process of vibratory burnishing to produce regular microrelief of the surface is considered. Computer program АСОРМР designed for calculation of vibratory burnishing parameters and graphic representation of the instrument motion path is presented.
INVESTIGATION OF RESIDUAL STRESS BY THE ELECTROCONTACT METHOD Vasilkov Sergey D., Sergey A. Talnishnikh
30
Relation between mechanical and electric characteristics is investigated with the aim of measuring of residual stress in metals after machining of various types. Experiments are carried out with the use of the electrocontact method as well as by nondestructive etching. The possibility is shown to determine residual stress in metal samples after machining from specific electrical resistance.

INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF AUTOMATED ASSEMBLY OF MICROLENSES Boris S Padun, Latyev Svyatoslav M
34
The process of automated assembly of microlenses based on preliminary modeling of the process is considered. Design concept is presented of automated assembly system, the assembly technology and the system composition and structure are described. Program means to be used in assembly control and virtual assembly design are outlined.
OPTIMIZATION OF MICROLENS ASSEMBLY PROCESSES Aliev Taufic Ismailovich, Boris S Padun
39
Conceptual and stochastic models of assembly line are analyzed. Approaches to the problem of optimization of technological assembly process are considered.

TOOL SET FOR SUBMARINE APPARATUS RESEARCH

47
Feasibility is discussed of employment of unmanned small robot submarine apparatus in development of mineral deposits at continental shelf bordering on Russia. Urgency of development of such apparatus is substantiated, necessity of tool set design to ensure complex testing of the apparatus during the manufacturing process.

50
A principle solution is proposed to construction of hydrodynamic test bench designed for fine-tuning of starting devices of unmanned robot submarine apparatus during the manufacturing process. Method of calculation of required technical characteristics of the hydrodynamic test bench is presented.

ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF INSTRUMENT MAKING

56
Several lines are discussed of development of computer-aided design of production tools including group machine appliances. An example is presented of machine power clamping device design with the use of SolidWorks application. A method of group machine appliances design in SolidWorks is described.
APPLICATION OF OPTICAL SCANNING TECHNOLOGY TO NEW MANUFACTURE PRODUCE PREPRODUCTION Andrey A. Gribovskiy, Alexander V. Pirogov, Ekaterina Alyoshina
60
The problems are considered of manufacture produce models design on the base of a complex-geometry prototype and accuracy analysis of the models. Possibility is discussed of the use of 3D scanning data for the models development.
64
Basic principles are considered of students training at surface mounting laboratory. Examples are presented of approaches to education model with the use of installation equipment.
67
Dynamic demand during control system operation is shown to necessitate a change-over to adaptive scheduling. A method is proposed for description of adaptive scheduling process allowing for analysis of the process dynamics and evaluation of reasonability of switching to new production. Theoretical propositions are confirmed by presented results of applied computer realization.
