SAFE OPERATION OF “SMART HOME” ENERGY SYSTEMS

Abstract. The problems of automation of objects related to human life support and introduction of such technologies as “Smart Home” and “Smart Grid” are considered. A concept of creating a system of ensuring explosion and fire safety in “Smart Home” is presented. In the frames of the concept, appropriate type of gas sensors for monitoring and protection of the nodes of the gas supply are chosen, algorithms of the monitor block operation and its circuitry are developed. The ways to improve communication system capacity using GSM communication and information transfer channels are discussed.
