The paper considers the collective digital signature protocol based on computing a digest of the individual parameters produced by users in dependence on the message and their private keys. The protocol provides simultaneous process of the signature generation and uses the standard public key infrastructure. There are formulated the main requirements to the protocol and considered implementation of the protocol using the Russian standards for digital signatures GOST R 34.10-94 and GOST R 34.10-2001.

There are investigation of linear distortion in the time of irregular process interpolation on the principles of its spectral concentration samples, that were received with the discrete Fourier transform. Interpolation mistakes for different spectral correlation characteristics of irregular process are analysed. It’s showed that interpolation mistakes amount to zero in the sample points and they amount to their maximum meaning in the middle of sampling period.

The methods and devices of generating signals with random phase deviation for checking digital data transmitting and processing systems are described. The authors deal with the device circuit on the basis of Altera FPGA, in which the law of pulse phase deviation is set digitally, with the help of a pseudorandom number generator. Modeling the pulse generator with the jitter in Quartus II application program is performed and the analysis of pulse delay time distribution is made.

Questions of representation of the structured surfaces for calculation of optical systems are considered. Within the framework of program Modeling Optical System (MOPS) the original way of the task of their parameters as a set of functions from number of a zone of an element of a surface is offered. Formulas for the description of parameters as frenel, and the raster structured surfaces are presented. As an example of use of new type of surfaces results of calculation frenel lenses are resulted.

Methods of definition of elements of the normalized matrix of reflection and the basic ellipsometry parameters of anisotropical reflecting systems are presented. The experimental-theoretical substantiation of application of ellipsometry generalized equations in Drude — Born approach is given at definition of optical characteristics of non-uniform superficial layers of anisotropical elements of optoelectronics. It is shown, that at polishing and ionic processing of crystal quartz it is formed amorpheous layer which presence leads to losses of optical radiation.

Two spherical mirror’s objective with light passing through central apertures in the surfaces is presented; the objective have four reflections. The variant of design factors calculation in which there are no four aberrations is considered. Such objective is useful for optical devices using UV and IR spectral range research.

Influence of glass microballs on heat conductivity of polymeric materials is investigated. Influence of glass microballs concentration and temperatures of heating on heat conductivity of a composite material is shown. The reasons of change of heat conductivity of a composition are explained, because heat conductivity of glass microballs differs on the order in comparison with heat conductivity of a polymeric matrix.

The technique is offered and results of calculation of temperature sensitivity of a pyrometer at which work influence is taken into account as a handicap of a non-uniform field of radiation of the background reflected from a surface of researched objects are resulted. Results of calculation of temperature sensitivity of a pyrometer are resulted in function of values of heterogeneity of an ambient temperature.
