The nonlinear stochastic parametrical identification problem is considered. The method of the decision of identification parameter problem of the discrete observer with use of estimation error probability minimum criterion is offered. For an illustration of efficiency of the offered approach the numerical example is considered.

The problem of adaptive generation of quantization matrixes for lossy compression schemes, using spectral transformations is considered. The way of adaptive scalar quantization of spectral coefficients on the basis of weight criterion is offered, ways of calculation of this criterion are considered.

The article gives a description of the automatic recognition of speech commands. The system consists of several modules: a digitized signal; selection of primary features of the speech signal based on linear spectral roots, search for the standard basis of dynamic programming semantic correction of the recognition sequence of characters linguistically Dictionary. The work can be used in the field of speech technologies.

The paper presents the key steps of the algorithm which can transform uncertain knowledge patterns bases represented as singly-connected Bayesian belief networks (i.e. structured as a poly-tree) into the bases represented as algebraic Bayesian networks. The major part of this transformation successively performs calculation of join probability tensors based on already-known conditional probability tensors that are stored in the nodes of Bayesian belief networks. The transformation process is completed when join probability tensors are re-calculated into the set of probability estimates over elements of conjuncts ideals.

The approach to mathematical modeling of variable structure and dimension systems is proposed. The model is described by the systems of ordinary differential equations, the number and the form of which depends on behavior of special variables. The continuous and discontinuous variation of structure is considered. The solid body system stabilization problem is adduced as the example of proposed method use.

The circuit of wind-driven powerplant with oscillating operating mode and mathematical model of rotative airfoils dynamic were under consideration in this article. To satisfy minimum of Krasovsky criterion, the algorithm of optimal control with predictive model was designed. The parameters of Krasovsky criterion were changed.

Using of finite automats with memory for construction of multistage training dialogues in systems of tutorial type is discussed. It allows to simplify essentially program algorithms, simulate training dialogue in a natural language, not imposing obvious restrictions on terminology and phraseology of the answer trained and to realize in training system flexible individualized training. The conclusion to the trainee of corresponding retorts or helps, in each of states of the finite automat, depending on the current value of the visiting counter of this states, promotes essential increase of intellectuality of dialogue.

Questions of construction of Doppler signals of spectral analysis system, providing the minimal time of the analysis and high sensitivity are considered. At processing signals with the small attitude signal/noise is applied the block of restriction of the false operations, allowing essentially to lower probability of a false alarm at preservation of probability of correct detection.

Results of research of influence of a transparent covering nanographite film on amplitude of optoelectric signal arising in a film at its irradiation by laser pulses are considered. It is shown, that at drawing a covering dependence of amplitude of signal on a corner of falling of the laser beam on the film surface that can be used for modernization of the gauge of spatial position of the object made from nanographite film.

Correctional opportunities in Zeidel area of reflecting surfaces of the second order are considered: parabolas, hyperboles and ellipse. On the basis of expressions for factors of aberrations of the third order the theorem of aberrational properties of these surfaces is formulated.

It is shown, that the silicon nanoclusters within layers SiO2 can have the various form and structure. In cases when silicon nanoclusters are formed on silicon substrates by methods nanolithography of surfaces with the subsequent thermal oxidation or a laser irradiation of the oxidized silicon, nanoclusters usually have crystal structure. At use of other methods of formation silicon nanoclusters for reception of diamondlike structures of these clusters, the additional processing is usually required, in particular, high-temperature anneal.

The article considers the main principles of choice materials and sputtering methods of functional coatings as applies to gyro-devices units. These principles follow from technical requirements to product, its geometrical and functional features and physic-mechanical and thermo-physical properties of coating material.
