INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND SYSTEMS

5
A theoretical approach to development of adaptive information and measuring complex of mobile object is considered. The basis of the approach consists in application of the theory of adaptive management at different levels of hierarchy of measuring system. The proposed method is focused on improvement of accuracy of information on orientation and navigation parameters of the mobile object functioning in random perturbation conditions.
10
The problem of synthesis of the optimal launcher movement control program for active trajectory part is considered. The area of scattering ellipse of jettisonable elements is taken as the functional to be optimized. A method of deliberate replacement of optimizable functional is used for development of the control program.

GYROSCOPIC AND NAVIGATION SYSTEMS

13
A method is proposed for spacecraft orientation in geocentric equatorial system of coordinates in the absence of data on orbit parameters. The method is based on astronomical measurements and the subsequent recognition of stars.
21
Basic schemes and design solutions in development of orientation module of gyroscopic underground navigation system are presented. The system is designed for operation on Arctic seas shelf.

OPTICAL AND OPTO-ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

27
An incremental optical-electronic converter of linear displacement of submicron accuracy is described. The converter is designed to be used in multi-axis machining equipment. Results of the converter accuracy measurement are presented.
31
A method for automated compensation for de-focusing in opto-electronic systems for IR spectrum range is considered. A variant of the Narcissus effect application for automated alignment of the systems in question is presented.
OPTICAL SPATIAL-FREQUENCY ANALOG-DIGITAL CONVERTER Sergey V. Sokolov, Vladislav V. Kamensky
35
An optical spatial-frequency analog-digital converter is presented. The ADC operation is based on consecutive conversion of input optical signal frequency. The converter is designed for transformation of both electrical and optical analog signals into positional binary code.
CALCULATION OF A NO-GLARE LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE LAMP Аlexander S. Saushin, Alexey M. Leshchev, Gennady M. Mikheev
39
A design of a no-glare light-emitting diode lamp is sugested. Removal of blinding effect is achieved with installation of plate reflectors to distribute the light-emitting diodes radiation uniformly over the lamp surface. Results of optical calculations and geometric parameters of the light-emitting diode lamp are presented for the case of a transparent glass with the refractive index of 1.5.
MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF WILDFIRE AS A SOURCE OF INFRARED RADIATION Vasiliev Alexander S, Andrey V. Krasnyaschikh, Korotaev Valery Viktorovich, Oleg Lashmanov, Dmitry Yu. Lysenko, Anatoly S. Shirokov
44
The problems of mathematical modeling of wildfire as a source of infrared radiation are considered. Main components of the forest fire that define type and character of the fire are analyzed. A general algorithm for synthesis of a thermal image of wildfire is presented.

HEAT REGIMES OF INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

50
Process of solving of the integro-differential equation of heat transfer is described. The equation is used as a basic one for description of heat transmission variation in mathematical model of forest fire spread.
56
A method for selection of governing characteristics for maintenance of a desired temperature in the spacecraft is proposed. The method is based on calculation of the steady-state thermal condition along the shadow and solar path sections; the absence of the solar power on the shadow path section is compensated by inner source of heat.

INSTRUMENT-MAKING TECHNOLOGY

62
Results of statistical analysis of data obtained at coaxiality control of holes in machine body with various methods are presented. The accuracy of the holes deflection from coaxiality measurement is shown to depend on assignment of the measuring base – common axis of the holes.
65
The process of groove profile formation on solid surface under the action of sharply focused beam of heavy ions is studied. Main parameters of the process affecting the formatted grove geometry characteristics are determined.
MECHANOLUMINESCENCE OF QUARTZ AND ORGANIC GLASS UPON A SHOCK Мамалимов Р. И., Igor P. Shcherbakov, Mamedov Roman K.
69
Dynamics of mechanoluminescence flushes from silica and organic glass under the impact of steel striker is studied. A setup is designed for computer record and signal processing of mechanoluminescence flushes from solids in the temperature range 170—670 K is designed.

BRIEF NOTES

MODEL OF OPTICAL SEPARATOR FOR SOLID MINERALS Gorbunova Elena V., Nikita A. Pavlenko, Chertov Alexander N.
75
A model of optical separator for small-sized samples of solid minerals based on analysis of the sample color is proposed.
76
A method for thematic interpretation of satellite images of forest areas is presented. The method is developed with the use of structural modeling and application of set theory means.
