A method of remote triggers timelines comparison with the use of a rolling space-based relay is considered. The duplex method of determination of diversity sources scales mistiming is taken as a basis. A mechanism is proposed for counteracting the difference between the traces of test signals propagating in the opposite direction caused by inevitable orbital dynamics of the repeater on the base of empirical synthesis of basic functions with polynomial approximation of multi-temporal measurements at coinciding points in time.

The problem of estimation of spherical area radius for special space vehicle position relative to an investigated object after the approaching maneuver is considered. The method of priority of experimental data is used to improve the estimation accuracy.
ACCURACY IMPROVEMENT OF CORRECTABLE INERTIAL NAVIGATION SYSTEM Vasiliev Pavel V., Alla V. Meleshko, Vyacheslav V. Pyatkov

A model of dynamics of the extended state vector of integrated system consisting of strapdown inertial navigation system and non-autonomous navigation system is proposed. An algorithm for estimation of notmeasured errors of accelerometers and gyroscopes and correction of their readouts in the further autonomous operation of the inertial navigation system is presented.

A new protocol ensuring task deadlock prevention is proposed for access to mutual resource information database. The protocol is oriented to efficient implementation of multitask software applications which contain tasks with intersected critical intervals for access to mutual resources. The protocol is reported to use the proposed protocol not only with static priority scheduling modes, but with dynamic ones as well. For real-time system with a multi-core processor, the option of picking a scheduling mode from a wide enough set is shown to increase the processor efficiency of time usage by a factor of 2-3.

DEVICES AND SYSTEMS OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL

ADAPTIVE CONTROL OF TORQUE IN FUEL-INJECTION INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE WITH VARIABLE VALVE TIMING Gerasimov Dmitriy N, Nikiforov Vladimir O, Paramonov Alexey V., Serov Dmitry S.
28
A solution to the problem of adaptive torque control in fuel-injection internal combustion engine with variable valve timing is proposed. The controller design is based on parametrically and functionally uncertain torque model. To achieve the control objective and to compensate for uncertainties of the model, the method of indirect adaptive control is employed. Workability of the proposed approach is illustrated by presented results of computer simulation.
PRINCIPLES OF AUTOMATIC SYSTEM DESIGN FOR CONTROL OVER THERMAL AND LIGHTING CHARACTERISTICS OF AIRBORNE INDICATION MEANS Zharinov Igor Olegovich, Zharinov Oleg O, Paramonov Pavel P, Kostishin Maksim O. , Sergey Sudarchikov

The problem of thermal operation modes maintaining for electrical, radio, and optical elements in avionics products is considered. A schematic of the components thermal mode control channel is proposed. Results of experimental studies are presented.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICES

A method of weak magnetic fields measurement with nutation nuclear-magnetic magnetometer on the flowing liquid is considered. Technical requirements for various construction elements of magnetometer and flowing liquid parameters are defined both experimentally and theoretically. Operation of the measuring sensor has been tested experimentally with the use of the most optimal liquid medium. Further avenues for improvement of the construction and of accuracy characteristics of the developed magnetometer are formulated.

HEAT REGIMES AND RELIABILITY OF INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

Thermal regime of a cylindrical object on lunar surface is studied for the cases when the object is mounted at the Moon equator, on illuminated and shadowed areas. The possibility of thermal stabilization of the inner body separated from the outer envelope by a thermal insulating layer is demonstrated; the desired temperature level may be maintained with the use of a flowing-water heat-exchanger at mass of water discharge of no more than 5.5 g/min.

SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL DEVELOPMENTS

HAND SLIT LAMP BASED ON GREENOUGH MICROSCOPE FOR OPHTHALMOLOGY Bagdasarov Alexander A., Bagdasarova Olga V., Danchina Elena V.
53
The current state of hardware used in ophthalmology is observed, an avenue of development of small portable research and diagnostic tools is proposed. The particular instrument under consideration is hand slit lamp for rapid diagnostics of frontal and rear eye cameras. Results of detailed calculation of the first Russian hand slit lamp schematic performed in 2013 is presented.
ACCOMMODATION STIMULATORS Fedorova Alexandra Yu., Fedorov Yury V.

Methods and apparatus designed for development and maintenance of eyes accommodation ability at constantly high level are reviewed. Developed action mock-ups off accommodation stimulators and an algorithm of computer-based vision stimulation are described.

BRIEF NOTES

COMPUTER SIMULATION OF MEAT COLOR Gorbunova Elena V., Korotaev Valery Viktorovich, Lastovskaya Elena A.
64
A computer model for investigation on the influence of biochemical factors and lighting features on the meat color is described.
METHOD OF OBSTACLE ISOLATION FOR ACTIVE STEREOSCOPIC CAR SAFETY SYSTEM Korotaev Valery Viktorovich, Hoang Viet Nguyen, Alexander N. Timofeev, Yaryshev Sergey Nikolaevich
65
A method is proposed and an original algorithm is developed for picking obstacles on the road out of the point cloud obtained with an active stereoscopic system. The method is based on analysis of the height gradient; the algorithm of the survey results processing is implemented in MatLab medium.
68
A method of reconstruction of surge flooding is proposed. The method is based on construction of synthetic cyclone with shape and motion pass determined from retrospective meteorological data. The method may be applied to the study of flood shape dependence on local variations of weather conditions, as well as to development of ensemble of synoptic situations used for testing a system of flood prediction and prevention.
