Abstract. Results of accelerated life testing of gas analyzer SSS-903МТ were performed to predict the possibility of increasing the interval between verifications of the instrument from one to three years of continuous operation. The effectiveness of applying the proposed criterion, called metrological reliability, is confirmed.
