AUTOMATED ORDERING OF ACADEMIC BOOKS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTE ON INDICATORS OF IMPORTANCE OF PUBLICATION CONTENT

Abstract. The problem of automated ordering of academic books for a university library in the absence of expert assessments is considered. The problem includes selection of necessary publications and determination of desired quantity of the books from obtained catalogs. To solve the problem, an automatic information processing system is proposed. The system supports acquisition of the book fund, ensuring formation of optimal academic books order.
