Abstract. Methods of psychological testing, analysis and interpretation of results, modeling psychological profiles for diagnosis of individual characteristics that affects for professional activities of specialists in software developers team are described. Specific problems of application of mathematical methods in development of psycho-diagnostic tests and specification of range of values for individual psychological profiles.
