Abstract. A technique is considered for identification of parameters of linear part of accelerometer with sensing element operating in self-oscillation mode. The identification is carried out by setting the known values of the parameters of the nonlinear element; the parameters of the linear part of the accelerometer is then determined by measuring the frequency of oscillations for given values of the parameters of the nonlinear unit.
