Abstract. For construction of perspective information systems (IS), first of all global computer, focused on use in institutes of the government, financial structures, the enterprises of a military-industrial complex, are necessary эволюционирующие adaptive means of monitoring of safety in structure IS. Architectural decisions of means of intellectual protection IS and bases of methodology of monitoring safety IS focused on a principle of biosystem analogy are considered(examined).
