Abstract. The circuit of wind-driven powerplant with oscillating operating mode and mathematical model of rotative airfoils dynamic were under consideration in this article. To satisfy minimum of Krasovsky criterion, the algorithm of optimal control with predictive model was designed. The parameters of Krasovsky criterion were changed.
