Abstract.   The polarized atomic beam sources are to be utilized in experiments to measure the cross sections of nuclear fusion reactions d + d → 3He + n and d + 3He→ 4He + p with polarized components. The proposed experiment is supposed to allow for measurements providing a significant contribution to fundamental research on nuclear fusion reactions and astrophysical research.
