Abstract. Theoretical and experimental analysis of operation modes of a quasi-resonant voltage converter is presented. The effect of variable component of output inductor current on the converter regulation curve is studied. Two modes of operation under zero-current switching are considered.
Keywords: quasi-resonant converter, electronic switch, choke output filter, resonance loop, conversion coefficient.
