Abstract. A hydrodynamic test bench is designed for testing of starting devices of uninhabited small-sized submersibles in the industrial premises conditions. The test bench allows imitation of deep-water start of underwater apparatus at an angle to the horizontal. A method for estimation of overall dimensions of a test bench under development is proposed.
